Community Yoga Classes with Espresso Head
Joint Event Proposal
Intro Segment
This interactive proposal has been drafted following our initial discussion in January 2022 with Silver Groves on the possibility of organising joint community yoga classes in 2022.
One of the main benefits of this proposal is that Espresso Head would be offering yoga classes as an additional service of theirs, allowing them to build an additional community around yoga.
Benefits of a joint service for Espresso Head
Creating a new and more connected community based around Espresso Head.
Offering an additional weekly service, so that customers come back on a regular basis.
Offering a different service from other cafes, allowing for a competitive advantage.
Attracting new clients who have a passion for yoga and healthy food.
Benefiting from Yoga in the Wind’s marketing, current clientele, as well as professional photographer for additional marketing content (photos given to Espresso Head).
Yoga Class Organisation
Event is every Sunday
8:25 am - Meeting at Espresso Head
8:30 am - Start of the class in the park across the road
9:30 am - Arrival at Espresso Head for a coffee (some yogis will order breakfast)
10 am / 10:30 am - End of event
Participants don’t need to register to attend the events and we will aim to keep the classes around 10 yogis.
No particular gear is needed, as Yoga in the Wind provides mats and straps. Comfy sport clothes and water is recommended.
Price of the yoga class
As it is a Community Yoga Class, in order to allow anyone to join no matter their financial situation, the yoga class is free / under donation for participants. Espresso Head does not have to pay for the yoga teacher’s services.
What we hope you will provide
Fostering community
Yoga in the Wind is really looking for a cafe who is excited about this joint service! There is no doubt the returns on this event can become countless if we both put our efforts in it. Not much is needed as all marketing material will be provided, but sharing the word about these classes, be committed and excited about them is the key!
Creating a growing, caring and dedicated community is what Yoga in the Wind is looking for, and we hope that we have you onboard!
Marketing
As it is a joint service, both Espresso Head and Yoga in the Wind would have to proudly market it.
To make it easier for Espresso Head, Yoga in the Wind will provide all marketing content. However, Espresso Head is more than welcome to use their own marketing material if preferred.
Find below an easy marketing checklist:

Marketing content will be made and provided once we set up a starting date.
Future Events
If these classes are going as well as expected, I would happily move to 2 classes per week, by adding one during weekdays.
We could also discuss running joint workshops if the event is a success.

Next step
The next step would be to set up a call and discuss any questions you may have, or adjust the proposal to better align with your specific needs. We would also fix the date of our first joint event.
