New Moon Ceremony - Menstrual Cycle Workshop
Connect with women from all over the world to set new intentions and manifestations for the new Moon cycle!
As you may already know, women are really sensitive to the Moon cycles. You might have realised that you do not sleep really well during the new or full Moon?
Well, we are linked to it with our menstrual cycles, which lasts on average the same time. The Moon takes 27.3 days to orbit Earth, but the lunar phase cycle (from new Moon to new Moon) is 29.5 days. You may even have your period during the full moon, which means you are deeply connected with the Moon. There is a scientific explanation for that, which we will talk about during our new Moon ceremony.
Moreover, the Moon represents femininity. Its characteristics are creativity, intuition, emotions, sensitivity and so on.
During the new Moon (when we cannot see the Moon in the sky), the energy level is high and therefore, it is the perfect time to set new intentions and manifestations to help us reach our goals!
What we will do
Together, during this ceremony, we will do some breathing exercises (pranayama) to awaken our inner goddess and raise our level of feminine energy. We will set some new intentions and manifestations for the new Moon cycle. We will also talk about the history of menstruations, our menstrual cycles and how they are linked to the Moon cycles. It will be a safe space for every woman to share their feelings and to be listened to.

How to register?
This is a donation based event . There is no minimum amount required, you can donate whatever feels right for you. As an indication, there are some proposed amounts to donate at the donation page, but feel free to enter any amount that works for you.
After your donation, you will automatically be registered. You will receive the Zoom link on your email address. Install the application Zoom before the live session.
