Then this 1 month virtual retreat is for you!

The month of May, will be the opportunity for you to step into your inner self, find your old blockages and break free.

Join us in this journey of personal discovery, where you will learn to create a healthy routine for stress management. It will allow you to learn techniques to avoid and control stressful situations, sleep better, feel energised, and stop overthinking. It will be time to slow down, do some introspection and incorporate powerful tools in your daily life. Stop running around to tick the boxes of your to-do list, instead, take care of yourself, fill in your own cup, and learn to do this on a daily basis so that you can get rid of your stressful state for once and for all.

This retreat is exceptionally free of charge, to allow everyone to join and experience the benefits of a happy life away from stress, but this won’t be the case for the next ones, so don’t miss out!

When?

Starts on the 1st of May for 4 weeks.

What?

This virtual retreat is based on my eBook “5 Steps towards a Stessless Life”. By participating, you will receive a free copy of it, which is usually sold at $18 AUD.

Every week, you will be asked to read a chapter of the book and implement the weekly topic into your life. Video and audio files, as well as a private Facebook Group will be provided to support you in your journey. At the end of each week, there will be an online group coaching call, where we will dive deeper into the subject and where I will answer all of your questions.

By the end of the month, you will have incorporated in your life a mindful and powerful routine that will allow you to control your stress.

In order to further guide one of the participants, I will offer a free 60 minute one-on-one coaching session to a lucky winner.
