  • Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that emphasises movement and breath. It is often called "flow yoga" because the poses flow from one to the other in a synchronised way with the breath. Vinyasa classes typically include sun salutations, a series of poses that may be repeated multiple times while adding challenging variations and can include warrior poses, standing poses, seated poses, and so on. The class is usually fast-paced and can be physically challenging. Our vinyasa classes are suitable for yogis of all levels, as we offer modifications and variations to accommodate students at different skill levels.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that focuses on stretching and targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as tendons, ligaments, and fascia. This style of yoga is characterised by holding poses for a longer period of time, often 3 to 5 minutes and often focusing on the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It is a more passive practice and not as physically demanding as other styles of yoga. It can help to improve flexibility, restore the energy level and alleviate stress. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used to support the body and to help yogis to fully relax into the poses. This type of yoga is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
