3 DAY SPLITS TRAINING
In this workshop, I am sharing with you EVERYTHING I know about the splits. I know how hard getting the splits is, as I have been there too. When I started my splits journey, I wished I had such a course to help me learn exactly how to work on it, understand how often I should work on it, and mainly, what exercises are the best to get results as soon as possible! It would have made my journey sooo much easier and nicer! That is why I gathered all the information I had in order to create this for YOU.

How the workshop works:
After paiement you will automatically receive a link that will last for 24 hours. It will lead you to a one page PDF document that contains the link and the password to access the workshop. Make sure you download this document and save it before the link expires.
Some videos will guide you along your 3 day journey. I suggest you to do the course 3 days in a row, but feel free to do it at your own pace.
You can access the workshop for an unlimited time and therefore come back to it at any time during your entire splits journey.
